Hi I'm Leo!

I'm a BI Analyst and developer based in Bristol, specializing in data analytics, automation, and systems integration. My technical expertise spans SQL data warehousing, Python and Golang development, VBA automation, and Power BI visualization. Currently working in the action sports industry, I'm leading an ERP migration project where I'm modernizing legacy T-SQL systems into efficient Golang-based services, supported by my own custom utilities package.

My work focuses on building practical solutions that deliver real business value. I've developed data warehouses combining multiple server sources, created desktop applications that automate complex Excel workflows, and built VBA tools that save departments weeks of manual work each quarter. I'm passionate about using both code-based and low-code tools like Power Automate and PowerApps to streamline business processes.

Outside of work, I maintain several personal projects including this portfolio website (built with Django and deployed on AWS) and a custom Arch Linux setup where I'm learning Unix system configuration and shell scripting.
